By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currencies, items, or content ("Virtual Items") for purchase or earned through gameplay. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Services. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's payment terms. Except as required by applicable law or the applicable store's refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Advertising

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including games, software, code, graphics, artwork, characters, audio, music, text, titles, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to STUDIO BULU LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Services, other players, or STUDIO BULU LTD. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting our applications from your device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STUDIO BULU LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
